Stronger Together: Cultural Identity as a Path to Healing

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Stronger Together: Cultural Identity as a Path to Healing.

Over two days, participants gathered at the Quw’utsun Cultural Centre for teachings, ceremony, circle processes, and time on the land. Guided by Master Facilitator and International Trainer Tammie Myles, the space created room for reflection, learning, and connection rooted in culture and community.

Through shared stories and gentle witnessing, participants explored how lateral violence shows up within the legacy of colonization, and how identity, culture, and traditional practices offer pathways to healing.

This gathering is part of our ongoing Cultural Training program, supporting leadership and staff across Naut’sa mawt Member Nations in building healthy, culturally grounded workplaces and Nations.
