Prepared as part of the 2020-22 Housing Sustainability Project (HSP), these Practice Guides use a Sample House Benchmark to:
- estimate capital and operating costs for a representative First Nation home; and
- assess financial requirements for homes constructed under CMHC’s Section 95 program, including requirements at the end of related Operating Agreements.
Naut’sa mawt intends to update these Practice Guides at future HSP milestones to incorporate additional knowledge and/or expanded stakeholder input.
